1. Services Provided

nspace.cloud provides virtual private server (VPS) reselling services. We act as an intermediary between the upstream infrastructure provider (Contabo GmbH) and the end user.

Legal Notice (Public Offer)

This document constitutes a Public Offer in accordance with Article 407 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Belarus. Payment for nspace.cloud services constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of this offer (Article 408 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Belarus). The agreement is deemed concluded in written form upon completion of the payment.

2. Disclaimer of Warranties & Liability

"As Is" Basis: Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. nspace.cloud makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding uptime, speed, or reliability.
No Liability for Downtime: We are not responsible for any damages, loss of data, or loss of profits resulting from service interruptions, including those caused by our upstream provider.
Data Responsibility: The Client is solely responsible for maintaining backups of their data. nspace.cloud does not guarantee data integrity.

3. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

You agree NOT to use nspace.cloud services for:

Phishing, hosting malware, or any content violating EU laws.
DDoS attacks, port scanning, or SPAM.
Resource Abuse: Crypto-mining or any activity that negatively impacts the host node.
Copyright Infringement (DMCA violations).

4. Abuse Handling & Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account immediately if we receive an abuse report. In cases of severe violations, nspace.cloud reserves the right to terminate the service without a refund.
