Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) outlines the rules and restrictions for using nspace.cloud services. Our goal is to ensure a stable and secure environment for all users.

1. Prohibited Resource Usage

To maintain server performance, the following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Cryptocurrency Mining: Any form of mining (Bitcoin, Monero, etc.) is forbidden.
  • CPU Overloading: Sustained 100% CPU usage that negatively impacts other users on the host node.
  • IP Spoofing & Port Scanning: Unauthorized probing or vulnerability testing of any network.

2. Illegal Content & Copyright (DMCA)

nspace.cloud respects intellectual property rights and complies with EU laws:

  • Copyright Infringement: Hosting or distributing pirated software, movies, music, or any material without the owner's consent is prohibited.
  • Torrents: Operating public torrent trackers or seedboxes is not allowed.
  • Illegal Material: Hosting child sexual abuse material (CSAM), hate speech, or terrorist propaganda will result in immediate termination and reporting to authorities.

3. Network Security & Email

  • Spamming: Sending unsolicited bulk emails (SPAM) is strictly forbidden. We reserve the right to block Port 25.
  • Malware: Hosting phishing sites, viruses, or "command and control" servers for botnets.
  • DDoS Attacks: Using our infrastructure to launch attacks against third parties.

Policy Enforcement

Violation of this AUP may result in immediate suspension or termination of your services without prior notice. nspace.cloud reserves the right to charge an administration fee to cover the costs of handling abuse complaints.
