All customer data and virtual server content are stored on physical hardware located in Germany (EU).

Our infrastructure is provided by Contabo GmbH, ensuring high-level physical and network security within the European Union.

3. Access to Information

Your data is accessed only by:

Administration: Authorized nspace.cloud staff for technical support and server management.
Payment Processors: Third-party payment gateways to facilitate secure transactions.
Legal Requirements: Only if required by European or German law enforcement with a valid warrant.

4. Your Rights (GDPR & Law No. 99-Z)

In compliance with the GDPR (EU) and the Law of the Republic of Belarus No. 99-Z "On the Protection of Personal Data", you have the following rights:

Right to Access & Information: You can request a copy of your data and information regarding its processing periods.
Right to Rectification: You can update your personal information at any time via your account dashboard.
Right to Erasure & Withdrawal of Consent: You may request the total deletion of your account or withdraw your consent for data processing.
Data Retention: We store account data for the duration of the service agreement plus 3 years after termination to meet legal and tax obligations. Technical logs are stored for 6 months.
